What determines the price?
Fixed price lists rarely fit real construction sites. These factors determine your quote — after the site visit the price is fixed:
- Area and ceiling height
- Condition of the substrate
- Choice of materials
- Scope of preliminary work (e.g. tear-out)
Frequent questions about Renovation & Refurbishment
Can I stay in the flat during the renovation?
That depends on the scope. For individual rooms it is often possible — we then plan the sequence so you always have a livable area. We discuss this honestly at the site visit.
Who provides the materials?
Both work: you provide the materials, or we take care of it. We clarify what makes more sense in the quote — transparently, without markup surprises.
Do you also do single trades only?
Yes. Whether just skim coating, just flooring or the complete renovation — you get a quote for exactly what you need.
