About us
Andrian Cepraga runs M&S Bau Activ Team as a sole proprietorship — registered in Berlin, active since 2024. Whoever calls us speaks not with an office but with the person who will later stand on the construction site.
The focus: demolition and gutting, renovation and repairs — across Berlin and surroundings, Germany-wide on request. Every job starts with a site visit and a fixed quote.
We work with business liability insurance from R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG behind us. And because Berlin speaks many languages, so do we: German, Romanian, Russian and Polish.
