What does a demolition or renovation cost?
We calculate the price after an on-site visit — you then receive a fixed quote. The price depends on the scope of work, the materials and the accessibility. There are no hidden costs: what's in the quote stands.
How does a job run with you?
In four steps: site visit, fixed quote, execution, broom-clean handover. You have a single contact person the whole time.
Do you also work outside Berlin?
Our core area is Berlin and surroundings. Germany-wide jobs are possible on request — just ask briefly by phone or WhatsApp.
Which languages do you speak?
We speak German, Romanian, Russian and Polish. You can call or WhatsApp us in any of these languages.
Are you insured?
Yes, we have business liability insurance with R+V Allgemeine Versicherung AG. Your home and your property are covered during the work.
Do you also take small jobs?
Yes. Repairs and smaller tasks are as much part of our day as complete renovations. A short message is enough — we'll tell you honestly whether a call-out is worth it.
Do you also haul away construction debris?
Yes, delivery and transport up to 3.5 t are among our registered services. We discuss the removal right at the site visit.
