Demolition & Tear-out
Whether a flat needs gutting, a non-load-bearing wall removed or an old bathroom dismantled: we demolish cleanly. Floors and stairwell are protected, debris is separated, and at the end the space is ready for what comes next.

Frequent questions about Demolition & Tear-out
How do you protect the flat during demolition?
Before we start, we cover floors and delicate surfaces and protect the route outside. Dust and dirt stay on the site — not in the stairwell.
What happens to the rubble?
We separate the debris directly on site. Removal is possible up to 3.5 t and is discussed right at the site visit.
Do you also demolish load-bearing walls?
Load-bearing walls are a case for a structural engineer. At the site visit we tell you honestly what we can take on and where a specialist planner is needed.
